Job Title: Sales Manager
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Coach, counsel, support, motivate, and provide necessary information to the sales team to help them meet their sales objectives
- Establish sales objectives for the department, plan, organize, direct, and control sales staff
- Understand departmental financial data to determine and improve the department's financial performance
- Review financial data affecting profit centers, participating in the overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for existing products
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent and mentor them to help achieve individual & team objectives
- Continuously strive toward professional growth, improving sales, managerial skills, business skills, and product knowledge
- Handle, maintain, control, and monitor industry-related software (Odoo) effectively
- Negotiate agreement terms and close sales deals, meeting annual sales goals and targets
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure company sales goals and profitability
- Prepare action plans for effective lead generation and prospecting, initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Provide timely feedback to senior management on performance, pricing, and competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service, monitor customer preferences to determine sales focus
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
- Prepare budgets for the department and reports/proposals for annual business planning
- Ensure adherence to company management guidelines and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience or similar role
- Bachelor's degree Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience in Business
- Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MBA is an advantage but not a requirement
- Ability to persuade, influence, and deliver effective presentations
- Professional appearance and positive company image maintenance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complicated ethical issues with effective presentation skills
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
