Kaokee Singaporean Restaurant is hiring a Kitchen Cutter to join our growing team at our Makati branch! We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is passionate about food preparation and supporting kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Cutter, or in a similar role preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients
- Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations
- Set up and maintain back-of-house (BOH) workstations with required ingredients and supplies
- Store food items properly and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the kitchen head or immediate supervisor
