Job Summary:
The Kitchen Operations Manager / Kitchen Systems Manager will lead the operational and systemic aspects of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of processes, systems, and procedures to ensure a seamless workflow and operational efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards, enabling the team to deliver excellence consistently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in kitchen operations management or similar roles.
Strong understanding of process optimization, systems implementation, and operational workflows.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in kitchen management software and tools.
