- Prepares and cook individual Japanese dishes and foods.
- Ensures quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
- Demonstrated experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the culinary team.
