Job Title: Line Cook

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Kitchen Staff/Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes on the line according to our recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed during service. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our kitchen and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in receiving deliveries and storing inventory properly
- Support other stations as needed and perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or Management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication and time management skills
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and work for long hours
- Lift and move up to [20-30] kg
- Tolerate heat and fast-paced kitchen conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
