Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate competency-based training programs that enhance employee skills, drive engagement, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for adult learning, curriculum development, and facilitation. Experience in graphic design is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs across various formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
- Assess training needs and create learning solutions to enhance employee performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Reinforce current initiatives that support operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, training facilitation, and instructional design.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS applications and training delivery platforms.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Background in graphic design is a plus.
