We're looking for a Lead SDR to join our team. This key role is for someone who can not only drive sales but also build and optimize our entire sales process. You'll be responsible for finding key customer insights, managing the complete sales cycle from start to finish, and leveraging our CRM system to maximize efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve our sales strategies and workflows to boost effectiveness.
- Customer Understanding: Research and identify critical customer needs and pain points to create tailored sales approaches.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee and manage every stage of the sales journey, from initial contact to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.
- CRM Expertise: Fully utilize our CRM system for pipeline management, activity tracking, forecasting, reporting, and extracting actionable insights.
- Performance Driving: Analyze sales data and trends to develop and execute strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize sales processes.
- Skilled at uncovering and applying key customer information.
- Strong experience in managing the full sales lifecycle.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
