Learning and Development Associate
We are looking for a highly motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about training, development, and employee growth. You will support and help implement learning programs aligned with the company’s goals, assist in program planning and coordination, and gain hands-on experience in building a learning culture.
General Responsibilities:
Provide support in planning, developing, and implementing L&D programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations for management.
Help facilitate training sessions and learning activities for various teams.
Analyze new or complex situations and recommend or implement improvements.
Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Stay updated with trends and best practices in learning and development.
Perform other job-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or any related field.
With or without work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
Comfortable speaking in front of small to large groups, including individuals of varying rank or seniority.
Strong organizational and planning skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
Team player with good leadership and negotiation abilities.
