- Maintains and updates case files and legal databases
- Assist in preparing litigation materials by receiving pleadings and other legal documents
- Encodes and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Prepares and submits notarial documents to the court
- Prepares request for payment of hearing and filling files
- Coordinate with external council and monitor case progress of legal matters
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Political Science/ Law or any business related course
