Basic Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Knowledgeable in transferring of Title to Bureau of Internal Revenue and Registry of Deeds
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in preparation in DOAS and legal documents
- Knowledgeable in obtaining permits and licenses from government agency
