About the Role
Detoxicare Philippines Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) based in the Philippines to support the company’s efforts in bridge between a pharmaceutics, diagnostics and molecular medicine into the medical community. This field-based role will act as a vital link between the latest developments in medical diagnostics and healthcare providers nationwide.
The MSL will represent Detoxicare’s growing portfolio in laboratory and diagnostic solutions, focusing on education, evidence generation, and clinical collaboration, particularly in the fields of infectious diseases, oncology, and advanced molecular testing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- : Serve as a subject matter expert on Detoxicare’s diagnostic technologies and solutions, providing clinical insights in line with evolving standards and national healthcare needs.
- Healthcare Professional Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, laboratory professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and hospital administrators across both public and private healthcare settings.
- Support for Multidisciplinary Initiatives: Facilitate or participate in Molecular Boards or relevant clinical discussions to help guide diagnostic and treatment pathways, particularly in cancer and infectious diseases.
- Evidence Generation and Clinical Research Support: Collaborate with clinicians and institutions to support local data generation, pilot studies, and case documentation involving Detoxicare’s technologies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of scientific messaging and strategic execution.
- Field Insights: Collect feedback from healthcare providers to inform product development, training needs, and strategic priorities tailored to the Philippine healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related medical sciences. Advanced training or postgraduate studies (e.g., MD, MSc, or PhD) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar field-based scientific or clinical support role in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or life science sectors.
- Experience in molecular diagnostics, oncology, or infectious disease testing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and scientific presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into practical clinical insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Willingness to travel across various regions of the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, as needed.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine healthcare landscape, hospital systems, and diagnostic networks.
- Previous experience working with private laboratories, hospital diagnostics units, or public health programs.

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
