Qualifications:
- Medical Allied Graduate (pref. BSN, Pharmacist or Physical Therapist graduates)
- No prior work experience required—fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willing to undergo comprehensive, paid training
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communication (voice/email) with patients, providers, or healthcare partners
- Assist with prior authorization, eligibility checks, benefit inquiries, and medical billing support
- Enter accurate call notes and documentation in CRM or revenue cycle systems
- Stay compliant with healthcare privacy standards and account-specific protocols
