Kaokee Singaporean Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our branch in Makati!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Solid background in Chinese cuisine and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of Chinese spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods
- Skilled in wok cooking (preferred)
- Experience in kitchen production is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation before serving
- Assist in overseeing daily food preparation and kitchen workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
