Role Overview
The Logistics Associate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain activities, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track shipments from suppliers to customers.
- Manage inventory records and update databases.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation.
- Support warehouse activities when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
