A. JOB SUMMARY
Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, and flooring repair. Upkeep electrical repairs and air conditioning system maintenance.
B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
2. Performing preventative maintenance.
3. Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
4. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
5. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
6. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
C. YOU ARE WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR, IF:
- College Graduate / College Level / High School Graduate
- With at least one (1) year experience in the same related field is required
- Familiar with Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
