- Bachelor’s Degree, in any business course or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting directly to Chairman, President, Vice President (Executives to Sr. Manager).
- Manage travel arrangements for Management and Operations team.
- Prepare and request operation access needed for store branch.
- Prepare and request IT user account and business tool for newly hired employees and provide admin support as needed.
- Request legal documents and assist requirements needed for store opening.
- Access error setup and troubleshoot for operations system.
- Validate and response to all incoming emails from store branch, all departments and retail affiliates.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Request supplies for various departments.
- Execute other duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
