Role Overview
The Manager, Asset Management will lead a team of Analysts and Specialists, overseeing the management and optimization of asset tracking processes and protocols within the organization. This role involves supervising the operational responsibilities of the team, ensuring that all team members are effectively guided in their duties, while maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of the company’s asset inventory. The manager will be responsible for streamlining asset lifecycle management, ensuring proper tracking, recording, and auditing of assets to support business operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of Asset Management Analysts and Specialists, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment focused on efficient asset management.
Asset Management Oversight: Optimize, develop, and manage asset tracking processes and protocols within the organization. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the company’s asset inventory by maintaining proper tracking and monitoring procedures.
Reporting and Audits: Conduct regular audits of the asset inventory to ensure proper utilization, accurate recording, and compliance with company policies. Provide regular reports to management on asset status, discrepancies, operational efficiency, and areas for improvement.
Project Management: Lead projects aimed at improving asset management practices within the company, driving initiatives to enhance asset visibility, reduce waste, and streamline processes for better efficiency, security, and cost management.
Skills
High Caliber Technical Skills:
Proficiency with asset management software (e.g., Asset Panda, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and asset lifecycle management.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Mac OS, and relevant business tools used for asset management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on asset management status, issues, and improvements.
Strategic Planning:
Ability to develop and implement asset management strategies that align with organizational goals and optimize the efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness of asset utilization.

Expertise in planning, executing, and closing asset management projects on time and within budget, driving initiatives to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies.

Qualifications
Willing to be in a hybrid work environment, encompassing both remote and in-office work environments, and can travel to Rizal, Quezon City, Pasig, etc.
Willing and available to work during the graveyard shift and has the flexibility to work on any day of the week.
Has an internet speed of at least 200mbps
Relevant Experience Required
At least 10 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Educational and Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Direct Reports and Span of Control
