- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and functions.
- Supervise a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, setting clear performance metrics and providing coaching and guidance.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Proven experience in handling high-volume hiring, executive search, and/or niche roles.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, etc.), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
Flexible, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
