We are looking for an amazing Customer Support Representative - Written Support in the Philippines (remote).

Badger Maps is a route planning software for field salespeople that dramatically improves operations through route optimization, smart scheduling, CRM integration, and other cool features!

Badger Maps is currently expanding operations rapidly, and we are seeking talented individuals to take part in our Support team! The Badger Maps community consists of a group of highly supportive members and we value the long-lasting mentorship relationships built within and across our teams. At Badger Maps, you will receive in-depth training and feedback in Customer Support within an international environment that will allow you to gain valuable tech-startup experience.

With fast growth comes more inbound calls and support tickets!
We use Close.io as our CRM and call platform, and ZenDesk for our support platform, and we need help to quickly triage and help out customers with their issues. Your job will be to quickly respond to new customer requests with friendly, helpful, and proactive support.

We will take our time to train you on how our software works, and how we answer support tickets and chats so you have a sense of how to respond in many different situations. We'll guide you through the whole process, and we'll be here to help whenever you have any questions. Our goal is to make you an incredible Customer Service Representative for us.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong Customer Support skills
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience handling non-voice support (chat and email)
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Prior experience using a CRM, ideally close.io
  • Prior experience using ZenDesk is an advantage
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand a new piece of software, along with all of its little quirks
  • Great troubleshooting ability and capacity to quickly understand the question a customer is trying to ask
  • Prior experience working for a SaaS (Software as a Service) company
  • Someone with a positive attitude, able to follow guidelines (you will be supplied with clear examples and guidelines), and open to constructive criticism


Technical requirements:

  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week), during United States-business hours and weekends
  • Fully functioning computer, with webcam and a minimum of dual core processor and 8GB of memory
  • High-speed and very stable Internet connection, with back-up internet solution
  • Someone who identifies with our values and is excited to help field salespeople all over the world with our solution.
