The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in driving the online presence and sales performance of Sports Resources Inc. across various digital platforms. This role supports the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, product listings, analytics, and customer engagement strategies to ensure a seamless and effective online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Management & Product Listings
- Assist in uploading and maintaining accurate product information across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora).
- Coordinate with the product and creative teams to ensure high-quality images, descriptions, and specifications are posted.
- Monitor product availability, pricing accuracy, and inventory levels online.
2. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid ads.
- Help track and report performance metrics of digital campaigns (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).
- Coordinate with agencies or in-house designers for promotional materials and creative assets.
3. E-Commerce Operations
- Monitor daily order flow and coordinate with customer service and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Support the implementation of seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and site-wide promotions.
- Assist in resolving online customer issues in coordination with relevant departments.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, campaign results, and customer insights.
- Help identify trends and opportunities to improve site traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
5. Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor pricing, and new online selling strategies.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the user experience and brand competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or Zalora.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Passionate about sports, retail, and digital trends.
