Responsibilities:Marketing Coordination
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and other vendors for marketing materials
- Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, and clinic promotions
- Help manage the clinic’s online presence (social media pages, Google reviews, website updates)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management
- Organize and assist in events, promos, and PR activities
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns (online and in-clinic)
- Ensure a positive patient experience by maintaining professional and courteous communication
- Handle client feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain an updated client database and ensure proper documentation of client interactions
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and after-treatment feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with operations and medical staff to ensure smooth client flow and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, client relations, or customer service (preferably in healthcare or wellness)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Creative, proactive, and client-focused
- Can work well with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- May be required to work on weekends or holidays depending on marketing events or promotions
- May be assigned to various branches of One Nadela Medical Group
