Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Local Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales
- Customize corporate marketing campaigns to suit local tastes, culture, and market behavior
- Identify and leverage local market trends and community events for promotional opportunities
2. Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups.
Organize and participate in outreach programs, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Represent the brand in community events to increase visibility and goodwill
3. Campaign Execution
- Implement store-level promotions, flyers, sampling, and other marketing activities
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for promotional materials and giveaways
- Track the effectiveness of campaigns and gather customer feedback
4. Sales and Customer Insights
- Monitor store performance and customer traffic before, during, and after campaigns
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to recommend future marketing activities
- Collect insights on customer preferences, competitors, and market trends.
5. Digital and Social Media Coordination
- Support local social media presence (e.g., Facebook Pages or TikTok accounts).
- Promote store events and updates through digital platforms in coordination with the central marketing team.
6. Store Branding and Visual Merchandising
- Ensure brand consistency in signage, promotional materials, and displays.
- Coordinate with operations for seasonal or promotional themes within the store
7. Reporting and Feedback
- Submit reports on campaign results, ROI, and customer feedback
- Provide recommendations for improvements and future campaign planning
8. Collaboration
- Work closely with Store Managers, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams
- Train front-line staff on new promotions and customer interaction strategies
Qualifications:
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Work Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food, retail, food service
- Experience in handling local marketing campaigns or events is an advantage.
