We are looking for a Marketing Officer to handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure smooth communication between potential clients and the Sales team. The role involves responding to inquiries from online platforms, maintaining an organized lead database, and assisting in lead nurturing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
✔ Qualify leads and assign them to the Sales team.
✔ Maintain and update the lead database in CRM.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
