Master Data Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates, updates, and validates master data records within the SAP system, including materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, and other relevant objects.
• Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data through regular audits, data validation, and implementing data quality checks.
• Enforces data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance across the organization.
• Works with various business units and process experts to gather requirements, resolve data-related issues, and ensure data alignment across systems.
• Creates and maintains documentation for master data processes, procedures, and training materials.
• Investigates and resolves master data issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Creates and maintains documentation for master data processes, procedures, and training materials.
• Provides support to end-users on master data processes, including training on data entry and maintenance procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field; Preferably business-related
• At least three (3) years of related experience in master data management and data quality management
• Strong understanding of master data management principles and practices.
• Experience with data quality management tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant systems, such as SAP S/4 Hana systems and databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
