- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and production teams to plan service windows.
- Analyze equipment history and performance data to refine PM strategies.
- Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources before scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports on maintenance effectiveness, costs, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with vendors for specialized servicing or parts procurement.
- Continuously improve PM procedures based on feedback and performance metrics.
