We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Staff Member to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical support and patient care under the direction of licensed physicians or senior medical personnel. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of the facility and delivering excellent service to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients.
- Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, and other relevant information.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Certification in medical assisting, nursing, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- NCII Caregiving or Healthcare Service Provider Certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be required).
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Working Conditions:
- Six days work schedule and one day rest day
- With meal allowance and willing to do field work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
