Job Overview:
HireonUS is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEPF BIM Modeler/Coordinator to support plumbing and MEPF-related construction projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in drafting, plan review, and creating new plan sets. Experience in coordinating with clients and site managers, as well as fluency in Yiddish, is highly preferred. This role also includes minimal phone handling responsibilities, with an emphasis on professionalism during client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems.
Use Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam to create, modify, and maintain accurate construction documents and coordinated models.
Review and interpret construction plans and schematics.
Create new plan sets or revise existing drawings based on design requirements and site conditions.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and site personnel to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
Answer occasional client calls
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in MEPF modeling and coordination for construction projects.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam is a must.
Strong understanding of construction schematics and the ability to produce accurate drawings.
Good communication skills; must be comfortable interacting with clients and site managers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
