QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of BS Mechanical or BS Electrical Engineering course, or any related field, preferable with license.
- At least 5 years prior work experience in a mid to high rise building MEPF inspection and quality assurance. With knowledge in MEPFs quantity survey.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, building codes, and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with inspection and testing methods for MEPF systems, BIM coordination, and QA/QC documentation.
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices.
