A Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for:
- Achieving brand sales target and profitability
- Providing sufficient and right merchandise mix for each store
- Monitoring merchandise movements and depletion of aging & damaged items
- Maintaining and identifying good and potential suppliers
- Analyzing and recommending trends based on market research and competition
- Developing products and acquisition
- Accomplishing reports on top-selling & non-moving items, inventory count, aging merchandise, merchandise sales status, merchandise mix ratio, saleable color, and style & price point analysis
- Supporting the merchandising team in executing merchandise processes – selection, visual display, stock allocation, distribution, inventory, sales & inventory analysis
- Distributing merchandise transfer orders in a properly and orderly manner to the stores
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-Year course, preferably Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or any related course
- Minimum of 2-3years experience in retail merchandising
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge in retail operations and business trends
