- Responsible for establishing and managing the merchant acquirer business in an assigned area.
- Will develop and monitor the business contribution of handled merchants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquiring various offline/online merchants includes reaching out to them, understanding their needs, and finding a place for them in our industry where we can have win-win situations among merchants, customers, and the company.
- Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquirer approach and turn them into long term partnership.
- Developing and maintaining the merchant acquirer target list.
- Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate.
- Having at least two (2) years’ experience in merchant acquiring, sales or related fields is a plus.
- Familiar with Fintech and Digital Industry.
- Able to develop strong relationships with merchant partners.
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented.
- Proficient in MS. Excel and Powerpoint.
