- The Motorpool Supervisor reports to the Branch Manager and coordinates also with Equipment Supervisor (Operations) in conducting regular on-site coordination meetings for maintenance. Ensure compliance to ISO procedures for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and Equipment Commissioning.
- Maintains systems for monitoring and tracking service request, preventive and corrective maintenance work, compliance with project requirements, compliance with safety requirements, supplies and parts inventories, purchases, and turn-key operations for vehicles and equipment.
- Manages storage and shop areas in a neat, well-stocked, clean, organized manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably with at least 5 years work experience in general maintenance of light, medium and heavy equipment including back hoe, mobile crane, loader, bulldozer, etc.
- Critical thinker and flexible
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to details
- Able to work under pressure, willing to extend hours of duty to finish the given tasks
