Best Tools is seeking an Officer-in-Charge to join our Angeles, Pampanga branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations for smooth workflow.
- Ensure efficient and uninterrupted store activities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve high performance.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock control.
- Provide excellent customer service consistently.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Business Administration or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management and customer service.
Additional Requirement:
- Willing to train in Metro Manila.
