Job Description:
We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Online Store Admin to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This role includes maintaining product listings, handling orders, coordinating with couriers, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and descriptions across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Process customer orders, manage returns and cancellations efficiently
- Coordinate with courier or logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and inquiries
- Monitor store performance metrics such as reviews, ratings, and sales trends
- Support marketing efforts by helping implement promos, discounts, and campaigns
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and any issues encountered
- Ensure the overall online store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience with online selling platforms is an advantage, but not required
- Comfortable using e-commerce tools, spreadsheets, and basic image editing software
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills, especially in responding to customers
- Service-oriented with a responsive and professional approach
- A quick learner who can work independently with minimal supervisio
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,560.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
