Call Center Agent – On-Site | Batangas City

Job Overview:
- Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event promotion, and sales activities
- Manage inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and facilitate lead conversions or sales
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system
- Respond to customer and client emails in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and organize reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
- Meet performance targets in line with established service level agreements
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Willing to work on-site in Batangas City
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Capable of performing well under pressure
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management
- Customer-focused with the ability to engage with diverse personalities
- Quick-thinking and demonstrates strong reasoning skills
- No prior BPO experience needed; open to fresh graduates
