Call Center Agent – On-Site | Batangas City

Job Overview:

• Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales
• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries or complete lead conversions/sales
• Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system
• Respond to customer and client emails promptly and professionally
• Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools
• Achieve targets in accordance with defined service level agreements
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Willing to work on-site in Batangas City
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Capable of performing well under pressure
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management
• Customer-focused with the ability to engage with diverse personalities
• Quick-thinking and demonstrates strong reasoning skills
• No prior BPO experience needed; open to fresh graduates
