We are seeking skilled Healthcare Call Center Specialists from the Philippines to join our team and support patients with care and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers.
Assist with appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient follow-ups.
Process insurance claims and billing inquiries.
Accurately document patient interactions in secure systems.
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Previous call center or BPO experience (healthcare preferred).
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical confidentiality (training provided if needed).
Computer literate, strong data entry skills, and ability to multitask.
Reliable internet and quiet workspace (for remote setup).
Nursing, allied health, or medical background is a plus.
