Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations and Support Assistant to help manage critical backend functions that support the sales team and overall business operations. The ideal candidate will handle tax compliance, CRM management, and play a key role in sales support, marketing, and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Tax Filing: Prepare and submit monthly tax filings in compliance with government regulations.
CRM Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information and records in the CRM system to support sales and client servicing.
Listing & Database Management: Ensure MLS listings are accurate, complete, and free of duplicates. Regularly audit listing information to maintain data integrity.
Sales Agent Support: Provide after-sales support by coordinating with liaison officers, internal teams, and third parties. Oversee proper document turnover and title transfer processing.
Marketing & Promotions: Post listings across social media platforms and online property portals.Update marketing materials as needed to support promotional campaigns.
Developer Relations & Industry Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers.Act as a liaison between developers and the sales team for seamless collaboration and project access.
Accreditation & Industry Coordination: Secure and manage accreditations with relevant real estate institutions and organizations.
Business Development & Growth Initiatives: Support strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.Work closely with the sales team to implement plans that drive revenue growth.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare monthly reports covering new listings, closed transactions, developer partnerships, and market insights.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify and suggest ways to streamline sales processes and improve compliance.
Training & Development Support: Assist in onboarding and training new sales agents on MLS, CRM systems, and internal processes.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination and communication with internal staff, brokers, and external stakeholders to support successful transactions.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge and experience in filing taxes and complying with government reporting requirements
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency in managing CRM systems and client databases
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
· Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed
· Familiarity with real estate industry operations is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
