What You’ll Do:
- Enter and book customer orders in Zoho Inventory
- Schedule shipments and ensure order accuracy
- Keep customer and order data up to date in Zoho CRM
- Support internal teams with backend order-related tasks
- Use Zoho Desk for visibility into customer requests
- Ensure clean, organized documentation of all activity
3+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, or logistics
- Experience with Zoho or other cloud-based business platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Self-driven and able to manage a consistent daily workload
Job Type: Fulltime
NOTE: Applicants must be willing to work onsite for the first 30 days at JY Square, Cebu City. After the initial 30-day onsite period, the position will transition to a work-from-home setup.
