Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to the Compliance Manager for Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in ensuring company compliance with all legal reportorial requirements of PAGCOR for the 183 Licenses which must be filed accurately and in a timely manner for Land-Based Gaming
- Assists the Compliance Manager for PAGCOR in drafting and/or preparation of letters and/or correspondences to PAGCOR and other entities, as requested
- Assists the Compliance Manager for PAGCOR in handling the preparation and submission of requirements in relation to the processing of renewal for the 183 Gaming Licenses and ensure the issuance therein
- Handles requests for payments for renewal of licenses, penalties, violations, and such other related PAGCOR payments properly and timely filed
- Handles reconciliation of Performance Cash Deposit (PCD) for purposes of payment to PAGCOR and requesting refunds from PAGCOR of the PCD on the gaming sites
- Weekly submission of compliance monitoring sheet for the status of the following: sites and gaming license renewal status, business permits, paid arrears and penalties, and pending status of all other compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, annual submission documents to PAGCOR, such as, but not limited to, Personal Disclosure Statements, DOLE Clearances, etc.
- Coordinates with the concerned departments to follow up all documents and appropriate information required to comply with all the rules and regulations of PAGCOR.
- Coordinates with PAGCOR and other government agencies on all required documents for the processing of permits, licenses, and other requests for approval, especially in relation to the application of new gaming licenses, renewal of existing licenses, and voluntary closure of existing sites
- Prepares and monitors the revolving fund, request for payments, documentary requirements and such other PAGCOR expenses, as necessary
- Attends PAGCOR conferences, seminars, meetings, and ensure that these are timely attended to
- Establishes good relations with PAGCOR representatives, Area Managers, Branch Managers, Operations group, and other government contacts ensuring an open and cooperative business environment
- Ensures the complete submission and/or filing of PAGCOR GS Forms in a timely manner and follow-up the approval accordingly based on the needed form/s for the site
- Ensures proper safekeeping of all the original copies of the Gaming Licenses, Letter of No Objection/Resolution of No Objection and other compliance correspondences
- Manages the inventory of records both internal and external documents for the annual submission to Personal Disclosure Statement and other related PAGCOR documents
- Organizes data from file search into usable format
- Ensures that restricted access is implemented at all times in accordance with departmental policy and procedure
- Performs all other related duties as may be assigned by the Compliance Manager for PAGCOR from time to time
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role
- Excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the latest PAGCOR procedures and regulations

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
