1. Maintains harmonious relationships with the different government agencies- DOLE, NLRC, PAO, Office of the Prosecutor, RTC.MTC etc.,
2. Arranges and attends conferences and meetings - NLRC, DOLE, SENA, RTC, MTC
3. Draft counter Affidavit as required.
4. Coordinates with department concerned necessary documents needed for labor compliances and other agencies that require such attachments.
5. Attends to compliances needed protocol to court cases.
6. Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
7. Explains and provides advice to workers about company governmental rules, regulations, and procedures and need for compliance.
8. Drafts newsletter, memos and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken.
9. Conducts grievance meeting, investigations, due process, and disciplinary actions
10. Records minutes of all administrative hearing
11. Update, submits, and complies mandatory reporting such as DOLE, NLRC, and the likes.
