Position: Part-Time Cold Caller

Salary: $6.00 – $10.00/hour (depending on experience)
Overview
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Part-Time Cold Caller to support outbound B2B sales efforts for U.S.-based campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for high-volume outreach to key decision-makers, sparking interest, identifying needs, and passing on qualified opportunities to our sales team. If you thrive in fast-paced call environments and know how to keep conversations engaging and productive, this could be a great fit. All leads will be provided — no list building required. These are cold contacts, so confidence and resilience are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based business contacts and decision-makers
- Follow a proven script while adapting tone and pace to each conversation
- Ask smart discovery questions to uncover prospect needs and pain points
- Overcome objections confidently and build interest in the product/service
- Log call activity, outcomes, and insights
- Meet or exceed performance targets for daily call volume and conversions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outbound sales cold calling experience
- Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence
- Experience working toward KPIs such as daily calls, conversions, or appointments set
- Skilled in objection-handling, rapport building, and active listening
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay consistent with call schedules
- Must be available to work U.S. business hours
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to engage potential partners.
- Experience using spreadsheets to track outreach efforts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and persistent, with a proven ability to follow up and close conversations.
- Resilient and comfortable with hearing "no" multiple times while continuing to follow up strategically.
- Familiarity with U.S. markets and business expansion strategies.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
