Job Description:
- Provide immediate first aid treatment to employees during accidents or emergencies.
- Assess and attend to employees who are ill during work hours.
- Maintain proper documentation of medical incidents and treatments provided.
- Monitor employees’ health status and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer and monitor pre-employment and annual medical examinations.
- Keep an updated record of medical supplies and ensure replenishment as needed.
- Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and insurance providers for medical concerns and emergencies.
- Support HR in processing employee health claims and related documentation.
- Assist in COVID-19 or other infectious disease protocols when necessary.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Preferably with Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in occupational health or clinical setting (experience in retail or corporate is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php560.00 - Php700.00 per day
