• The ability to communicate with our customers (both verbally and via email) and internally
• We are a startup and therefore make changes quickly.
• The ideal agent will be able to pivot quickly in order to accommodate these changes.
Cool under pressure
• as a startup, each day might be a little different, and problems may arise.
• Ideally, our agents will be able to keep cool under pressure and help navigate our customers through any issues.
Collaborative
• we want to learn from our customer support team in order to understand what our customers are saying and how best to help them.
• Experience in Finance and Technology is a plus

Agents will handle tier

• one support questions for cardholders (questions about declined transactions, reissuing cards, explaining the transaction dispute process, etc.) via phone and email.
