JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure that daily, monthly and annual targets are met in terms of : Parts sales and Parts sales per RO.
Regularly reviews parts inventory to ensure minimum stocking level at any given time and avoid significant percentage of obsolescence over total inventory.
Ensures that ordering of parts needed has appropriate lead time, re-ordering point and within the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).
Ensures regular recording and updating of Bincards and other inventory documents.
Ensures proper control and documentation of all issue and received parts, accessories, motor oil, etc.
Ensures proper scheduling and reconciliation of parts inventory.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four year course.
Has gained at least 5 years solid work experience in the company’s business/industry, and possesses a strong/keen business sense.
Have excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in the use of office based applications, internet, web browsing and on-line services.
