Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for dedicated and professional Patient Care Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will engage with our valued patients through both inbound and outbound calls, offering exceptional support and guidance in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries by researching solutions, reviewing available options, and troubleshooting issues.
- Update and maintain accurate billing and personal information for customers.
- Activate contracts, processing account change requests, and following up on overdue payments.
- Document customer interactions and solutions within the client system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1 year of continuous call center experience.
- Strong English comprehension and communication skills.
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail, especially with numerical data.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Positive, team-first attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
