1. Compile the employees’ daily time records / biometrics in preparation for payroll processing.
2. Process government-mandated benefits – SSS, Pagibig and PhilHealth and taxes in a timely manner.
3. Monitor the insurance coverage and communicate with the employees.
4. Put together the monthly benefit-contribution of the employees, including collection and loan payments.
5. Work with the HRTO in creating a positive work environment – fosters camaraderie, encourages coordination and builds relations – throughout the organization.
Education: Baccalaureate Degree in Accounting / Finance, Business
Administration or background from a similar field
Work Experience: Minimum of two years as compensation and benefits specialist
(knowledge of compensation cycle management is a plus)
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Above-average written communication and interpersonal skills
- Consistent attention to accuracy and correctness
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits, rules and regulations
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
