Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- At least one year relevant experience.
- Familiarity with government-mandated contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR – for the Philippines)
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Discretion in handling confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
- Review timesheets, attendance, and work hours for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and labor regulations
- Prepare payroll reports for management and audits
- Handle employee questions about wages, deductions, and benefits
- Maintain and update payroll records in HRIS or payroll software
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments
