JOB SUMMARY
As a People Operations Specialist, you'll deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience for our global team. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, the HRIS and Talent Enablement teams, and Payroll to ensure that core HR operations run smoothly. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries in APAC and AMER regions, managing requests via our ticketing system and driving timely, accurate execution of core processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to HR inquiries via ServiceNow, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including hires, terminations, job and compensation changes, and manager transfers
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal controls and local employment regulations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including systems setup, benefits orientation, stakeholder communications, and Workday updates
- Partner with HR Business Partners on policy guidance, performance concerns, and employee relations matters
- Collaborate with Payroll on salary audits, final pay instructions, and unemployment claim processing
- Prepare and submit compliance reports (e.g., PEZA) and support benefits-related invoice review and vendor payments
- Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment, and documentation; liaise with vendors for onboarding and audits, particularly in APAC
- Identify trends in employee inquiries and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and knowledge base content
- Support wellness and engagement initiatives, and contribute to action planning informed by the Culture Survey and eNPS feedback

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a regional or global support role
- Working knowledge of employment practices in APAC and/or the Americas
- Proficiency in HR tools like Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for creating equitable and inclusive employee experiences
