Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BS Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in design principles, space planning, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to develop innovative and engaging design concepts that align with the event's theme and the mall's brand.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Autocad, Sketch up, Lumion, and other software programs) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Strong eye for detail to ensure that all design elements are flawlessly executed.
Job Description:
- Design (Initial, Detailing and Perspective), & BOQ Works
- Generate Technical drawings as needed (Blow-up plpans, allied drawings and others)
- Assist and execute actual site's measurement acquisition (Lot Areas, Dimension)
- Procurement and Materials
- Icare validation and monitoring
- Reporting & Documentation
- Conduct site and quality control inspections to assess the quality of work performed by contractors and in house teams, ensuring that the approved layout is being followed.
- Coordination with other Teams / Department
- Other related duties that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
