Position Title: Practice Manager
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM (QLD time) / 6:00AM-3:00PM (PH time)
Holiday to follow: QLD-Gold Coast Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri

Our client is a fast-growing insolvency and advisory firm and is looking to expand their team.
They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic administration officer/practice manager to support the principal and accountant and to assist in the management of all administration elements of the firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the Principal with developing and documenting GT policies/procedures/training and documenting staff acknowledgment of policies.
- Updating and developing office templates/standards as required.
- Assisting the Principal with preparation for any CPA/ARITA/AFSA/ASIC audits
- Assisting the Principal with HR/new hires.
- Assisting the Principal with internal staff celebrations and events.
- Maintaining internal filing system - Scanning and filing of documents – filing into job folders as
recorded.
- Assisting in co-ordination of business development events and material:
o Newsletters.
o Marketing events;
o Client invites etc
- Assisting the Principal with management of GT website – content writing and uploading completed
reports to client section on website.
- Assisting the Principal with End of Month firm procedures such as:
o Booking disbursements into Harvest system such as printing and copying, mail out costs
o Client invoicing
- Word processing - Preparation of documentation for client work and otherwise. Will include:
o Day 1 standard documents on new files as directed.
o Pre-appointment documentation, consents to act, letters to solicitors. Liaising with
solicitors were required.
o Preparation of other templates and mail merged documents as required.
o Formatting/proofreading/finalising documents as required; and
o Printing/collating reports to creditors and mailing lists.
- MYOB - Assisting in maintaining accounts and registers for insolvency administrations:
o GT advisory trust accounting
o Input of creditor and debtor listings.
o EOM bank reconciliations.
- ATO BAS lodgments. BAS to be completed by POC/supervisor and signed off by the Principal before lodgment.
- Managing ASIC lodgments.
- Liaise with ASIC, the ATO, AFSA by phone on file work as directed.
- Managing Books and Records:
o Managing Grace online records listings to ensure box listings are up to date. Approved listings will be provided to you to update into Grace system
o Liaising with Grace to arrange pickup’s/delivery of physical records and document
destruction bin.
- Managing photocopier maintenance for toner or maintenance as required.
- Managing IT Company for phone issues/breakdowns etc.
Qualifications
· Some proven experience in a professional practice firm is required. Applicants with no experience working within the administrative function of a professional practice firm need not apply.
· A dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude to work both in a team and autonomously
· Confidence in liaising directly with clients.
· A professional presentation as you will be meeting and greeting clients
· A strong desire to support the professional team in all facets to improve the service provided to clients
· String and proven Microsoft Office experience.
· Experience with Microsoft Excel. MYOB and/or Xero preferred but not essential
· A desire to make the role your own, including taking responsibility for all administration elements of the firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
